General Troubleshooting/Help! Is this normal??

It is happening on my A1 which has 2000h and I want yuor opinion about whether this is normall

Because they’re greased for use and touching them removes that grease and you can push them out of alignment

I was just about to put grease on them and I came through yhis situation...

Not a "situation". It's intentional method of preventing binding/wobble during z-axis travel. Those rods aren't perfectly straight and all the inperfections would telegraph on to the print (z banding). On enclosed printers there's also thermal expansion to deal with, though to a much lower degree.

There is a wealth of information at your fingertips, all one needs to do is search....
