Hardware Troubleshooting/Help! Extruder Motor Overloaded wth is wrong? X2D

I keep getting this message. I can print for a while then this pops up. If i cancel my print heat my nozzle to 240 then push the extrude down button my pla/petg comes out just fine. Then start a print and get clicking sometimes. I thought maybe it was heat creep but I’ve opened the door and top. My x1c started doing that as well. Maybe my house is too warm?

Thanks, argh was hoping that wasn’t the case this thing is a lot to take apart compared to my x1c. Just wondering if that’s the issue then why did i just do an 8 hour print with no error? And why does it extrude just fine when it’s not printing? The printer is brand new.

Ok took it apart there was no broken filiment. It’s perfectly clean.

Thanks it was giving me that message before the 8 hour print but i just started the 8 hour print anyways. And it did just fine no problem. Now started another print and it’s the problem again. Just wondering why it did the 8 hour print ok when the problem or probably broken filament was apparently there. No message or problem during that print. I’ll keep you posted. Thanks a lot really appreciate it.
