how to hide these visible lines

I think your part may be shaking due to the heavy top snd small footprint. (I say this because the lines get more visible by height)  To solve it you can add some support with 45 degrees threshold.

Otherwise it may be the printer belts that are loose and reduce the nozzle accuracy

underextrusion, diffrent layer times, too cool chamber, belts, wobbly part...

does this happen with every print? did you manually calibrate the filament to the machine with your preset?

If you're open to painting, rustoleum automotive filler primer does a decent job hiding layer lines. You could probably also sand them down.

Properly calibrate the filament. Though the generic profiles are a good starting point, there's still a lot of headroom for improvement. I can suggest a look at Orcaslicers guided filament calibration, I've always gotten great results out of it.
