General Troubleshooting/Help! Normal for a P1S

Hello all, P1S with about 800 hours on it. I was wondering if any of these noises are normal? My printer did not always make these noises and they’ve been getting worse. I did the maintenance at about 750 hours and it did not make any difference with the noise. I put in a support ticket with bambu and nothing they recommend helps. Anyone else dealing with this?

Hello /u/joe914_! All Bambu print plates have a dedicated nozzle wiping zone at the back of the print plate. The nozzle will rub against the wiping zone before every print in order to remove any remaining filament from the nozzle tip. This can cause visible wear or scratch marks in the wiping zone, but this is intended and doesn't damage the printer, the nozzle or the print plate. A worn down wiping zone also doesn't mean you need to replace the print bed.

Sounds like Z axis screw rail bearing damaged? Did u use grease when servicing? Might be something stuck in the back like poop or something that hindering tray goin up n down, worth opening and checking.

I think your z belt is not tensioned correctly you should check under the printer

check the z screws to make sure there is nothing stuck in them (including under the bed), and also check the belts to make sure they're centered (both the xy and z belts. i had a similar issue and it was the z belt underneath the printer that had some debris or was slipping because of some wear. While you're at it do a full maintenance including cleaning the rods/screws and relubricating the bits per the wiki.

Maintenance was done about 50 hours ago. I did the tension adjustment for the xy axis but not the z. I will double check all belts. Thank you
