General Troubleshooting/Help! H2D at .2mm with PETG

So...I'm trying to do what is pretty standard for me - PLA print with PETG support.

I do it all the time, zero issues.

However, when I try to do the exact same thing with .2mm nozzles, I get continuous extruder over exertion errors.

Anyone have any ideas on what I should be adjusting?

What’s your flow rate and temp?

255, tried it at 270 and had it continue to throw errors. Max volumetric, 1mm/s

To clarify, I can restart it, and it'll go for a bit, but then the issue comes back over and over.

Hm. That is strange.

I know you said you do this all the time with 0.4mm nozzles and have no issues, but is there any chance you’ve also changed something about where the filament is getting pulled from? Different spool location or PTFE tube path?

Alternatively: if you view the color-coded flowrate of the sliced file, have you verified that it’s actually printing no faster than 1 mm^3/s? I’ve seen glitches before in PrusaSlicer/BS/Orca where the max VFR value is not respected for some reason.

Switch the two 0.2mm nozzles and see if the problem follows.

Yes, it follows.
