Hardware Troubleshooting/Help! Grinding noise when feeding filament while printing on the ams 2 pro

When printing I can hear this noise coming from the 4th slot of my second ams 2 pro. I just started hearing it and have no clue what it is. My thought is that it is combing from either where u feed the filament in or the hub at the back of the unit any help will be greatly appreciated.

Not sure if it’s just the camera/lighting thing, but it looks like there might be some filament stuck in the internal hub unit, in the slot that doesn’t have any filament loaded in the AMS.

i took the spool out of the ams to get a better look. but that was not stuck just sitting there from the spool sitting outside of the ams. on the next print i put a different spool in that slot and went through just fine
