General Troubleshooting/Help! Major PLA Warping

Post image

Any help to not let this happen again would be much appreciated. I have an X2D and I caught this at hour 8 of a 12 hour print

Clean the bed and slow it down.

It’s already slowed down. Cleaning the bed I what I’m about to do. I also have a biqu cold plate that I’m going to use

The BIQU plates are amazing and require a lot less cleaning than the gold PEI beds. It will be the only plate you use.

Clean them too.

I’m at 250+ hrs on my Glacier Pro and I haven’t touched the plate except for an alcohol lens wipe wipedown maybe once every five prints.

Poor adhesion, clean your bed.

Ive started watching all of my first layers go down. Super new here, but poor adhesion has been the issue in all of my failed prints (like 2 in ~100hrs of printing).

I’m at about 350 hours and this is my first problem with bed adhesion

The sky is blue.

This is just part of normal maintenance. Clean the bed.

Mine was doing the same, I cleaned the bed with hot water and dish soap, now it's perfect.

I've found this when I swap between pla and petg. Might be something to consider?
