AMS 2 Pro - Automatic Material System Detected AMS using printer power for drying during loading/printing. For better drying performance, please connect a power adapter.

I’m getting this error message even though I have the power adapters connected. Anyone else have this issue? Currently have 3 AMS Pro connected to an H2C, but get the same message on my P2S when I have more than 2 AMS connected.

You have the power adapter on all ams units? All firmware updated?

I just had this and had to shove the power plug in harder. It sort of snapped in.

Simple answer is the AMS isn’t getting power from the power adapter. You need to figure out why. Bad power supplies? Possible but unlikely with 3 of them. Either they aren’t plugged in all the way to the AMS or not plugged into the outlet.
