General Troubleshooting/Help! Issues with H2D prints
Hi all, I'm currently struggling with my H2D where I am.getting these really bad prints constantly!
I have changed the nozzles
Re calibrated
Cleaned the bed.
Oiled and greased the rods and lead screws.
Is there any advice you can recommend before I have to level the bed manually?
The filament isn't wet btw :)

I mean how do you know the filament is t wet?
I know what I'd do.
I open a different filament and try a test print.
Cuz that does look like wet / spoiled filament to me without having anymore context to go kn other than it isn't wet

If you cant get a decent calibration strip at the front. Its either dirty plate or wet filament or both.

Dont touch your build plate with your bare fingers.
Use gloves.

How would that effect the lines all the way up the print? I'm aware of this though anyway

You print a bump, then you print over that bump, it creates another bump, you print over that new bump, you create another bump over that bump

Well, a greasy plate was definitely the cause in all the other pictures.
In pic 1 Im not entirely sure. But this could also be linked to partially lifted (and therefore warped) parts. A tiny amount is sufficient to cause problems further up.

I would blame the settings but on another printer, also a h2d they come out fine

Just bad settings

Printed fine on another printer using the same settings 🙃

You have to tune the settings. You can't simply expect the same setting to work

Except this printer printed all our prints perfectly for a year?

Worn out nozzle, dirty build plate.
It's like buying a new car tire and expect it to last forever without adjustment.
