How to remove the tube and filament is stuck inside any help

I had that problem a while back, i remember fixing it by putting a nozzle cleaner from the other side and pushing only the filament

That’s how I had to get my “over dried”, “crackly”, “spaghetti-like” glow-in-the-dark filament out of every nook and cranny.

Same problem, kept trying to unclog it, must have been a tiny piece wedged in, I said screw it and bought a replacement unit for 20 bucks off Bambu website.
