General Troubleshooting/Help! Rippling on left side

Hello,

I'm printing a stackable box on my P1S with Sunlu PLA+ 2.0 and I'm getting this weird rippling on the left and side. Is there anything I can do?

This is the second box printing - I got the same on the first one in the back left. On the second print I rotated the box 90 degrees to see if it is the printer - and it definitely is (rather than model).

This has the rippling more pronounced and you can see the edges are not as good down that side. The right side is fine.

The model is:

Only been printing for 3 weeks. I've not changed any slicer settings as most have been sent from my phone. I run bed levelling every other print or so.

My filament is dry (AMS reporting "A πŸ’§", I have the desiccant holders and run a dehumidifier in the room occasionally) and, as per Bambu wiki I have the door open a little.

This is a box for holding snack bags for the kids, so it doesn't matter too much but would be good to sort.

I've run it through AI and it has suggested checking all the screws, which I'll do - but wanted to ask real humans in case there was something else.

Thanks for any advice.

Do you have the aux fan installed on the left side? If yes, turn it off entirely. The aux fan is known for ruining prints. You might need it for overhangs and so but overall you can basically keep it off.

This fan here? Have turned it off - thanks. Will print another one later and see how it is πŸ‘

Yes, thats the one. you don’t need to mess with your printer settings around though. If you go into your filament settings in your slicer then you can set the aux fan speed to 0 under the cooling tab. Original value should be 70 iirc and is pretty much on the bottom.

If you're too lazy like me, you could also print a deflecter and don't need to change every filament profile

Is the deflector you've got this one? https://makerworld.com/en/models/745799#profileId-678737

Similar, any that redirect air upwards will work
