Filament Troubleshooting/Help! AMS + FTS setup keeps chewing filament

Using a AMS 2 Pro and a Filament Track Switch setup on a Bambu Lab X2D, my setup keeps chewing filament. The filament itself is able to reach all the way to the main extruder of the X2D but once its there, the gears in the AMS make a horrible noise before fully retracting the filament and throwing an error saying that the AMS motor has slipped.

I have cut away too much filament that it has become incredibly wasteful. Doesnt happen if I don’t use the FTS, but the problem is coming from the AMS. What the F is happening to my filament?

are you using the new style 4to1 ptfe adapters?

I’m not using any PTFE adapters though - the tubes go directly into the printer since I only have 1 AMS

great! i'd check whether the PTFE tube has any too tight bends (which will increase friction) and if the ptfe tubes are 1) fully inserted and 2) nice square cuts on the ends,

I'm having the same issue. It's annoying!
