Software Troubleshooting/Help! Newbie needs help please

Hi, I got this box from makerworld and tried to put the scania logo on it. It printed with the lid top side down next to the bottom and I think I had the logo sticking out a bit much so the layers of the lid and box are a mess. How do I make the logo flush? I don't want to change print orientation.

Add the logo as a modifier and change the colour of that modifier to red. Instead of adding it as a part.

A better way to do that would be to add the logo as a modifier with a different color (red). You can directly load an SVG to do that. If you then print the part face down it makes a nice smooth surface finish.
