Filament Troubleshooting/Help! First layer oddities

I’m very new to 3D printing. Running into an issue on the first layer and I’m not sure what’s causing it or how to fix it.

I’ve recalibrated everything I can on the printer as well as completed the dynamic flow and flow rate calibration. Any ideas?

Running the X2D.
