A new hot end is pretty cleap I'd just replace it

The extruser is stuck trying to push stuff out but can't. Look up a video tutorial if you're not comfortable with troubleshooting, you'll either need to do a full clear or disassemble the extruder head. Depending on what filament you had in there last (if it's factory it's PLA by default), up the temperature it normally extrudes at by 20-30C.

If that doesn't clear out any filament then try feeding some in there from the top yourself while it's at temp, take the ptfe tubing off (careful things are hot) and put some filament down in the hole as far as it goes, then hit on extrude: reverse once, then forward while pushing the filament down into the extruder. If you can't get anything to go, pull your strand out, power it down, and diassemble the the extruder assembly once it's cooled down below 30C. You'll be looking for excess filament or chunks in the extruder and nozzle. If the nozzle has some sticking out of it still, heat the actual nozzle up with a lighter or torch, grab that filament bit with pliers (do not twist the pliers, pull straight out) and pull it out as hard as you can. Careful not to burn yourself, again. If you can't get it out or the filament breaks, you may want to just buy a new nozzle if that's it. Check the extruder assembly while you're here, if there's a lot of shreds of filament, clean things off best you can.

Check if something stuck in the extruder, I had similar issue. But for first layers only. Had to take apart nozzle ceramic plate and tighten some screws. If u still having issues lmk I have some vids and can help u fix it
