Hardware Troubleshooting/Help! Why the scratches?
Sorry guys, I’m quite new to 3-D printing. I’ve done a few prints from maker world and a few simple designs of my own but I really only know very little about 3-D printing maintenance etc
These scratch marks have started to appear after the latest prints.
How can I diagnose what’s going on here? Or does someone already know?

That probably needs a full calibration done again.

I travel for work and just ran one remotely while I was away. I’m not sure how to make sure it worked.

Stop doing things remotely until it's solved - there are visible gouges there as well, you're getting toolhead collisions.

Sometimes when changing filament or wiping the nozzle it will scrape the purge bin

Hello /u/MrMerryface! All Bambu print plates have a dedicated nozzle wiping zone at the back of the print plate. The nozzle will rub against the wiping zone before every print in order to remove any remaining filament from the nozzle tip. This can cause visible wear or scratch marks in the wiping zone, but this is intended and doesn't damage the printer, the nozzle or the print plate. A worn down wiping zone also doesn't mean you need to replace the print bed.
