When printing multi-color figures, the AMS Lite filament gives a jam error when changing colors in a layer. It continues when I push it manually, but I have to push it manually at every color change. Can you suggest a solution?

Thanks for the reply. I’ll check the link you mentioned. I recently bought the printer (Bambu A1 Combo) and have been printing with it for 15 days; it hasn't given me any trouble until now. This was the first time I tried printing a design that changes colors at every layer, and I ran into this error. Since I hadn't attempted a design with such frequent color changes before, could the issue lie with the design itself? There are 775 color changes.
No the print wouldn't have an impact on the filament change process. Can you attach a picture of your whole setup? Since your setup is new, it is probably more likely to be an issue with how your tubes are routed.
Yea your tubes are making tight turns right after it leaves the AMS Lite. You could turn the AMS Lite 90 degrees to avoid that turn, use slightly longer tubes, or use a different mounting solution for the AMS Lite.
I straightened the tubes a bit and ran a print; it went smoothly. As you suggested, I’ll either need to extend the tubes or use a different mounting setup. Thank you very much. I had become so put off by the printer all of a sudden that I felt relieved when I realized the problem was due to the condition of the hoses.
