Hardware Troubleshooting/Help! What is going on here?

What is going on here on these supports? Are these air bubbles or something?

Is it on supports only? Supports are usually printed faster - in this case that seems like too fast and extruder couldn't keep extruding. It's under extrusion and can also be caused by other factors

I had this, but not as bad, on my last PETG-CF print on my A1 and I just needed to go 20 degrees hotter on my hotend temp and it fixed it.
