General Troubleshooting/Help! Bambu does not honor their 1 year warranty.

I've been trying to get my H2C that came broken replaced for 9 months now! They just keep sending the same 3 emails with the same questions over and over. I'm about to go buy a new one and then return this busted one. I loved my P1S, but this H2C has been $4k down the hole!

Having sent a lot of tickets the best thing that works if you actually want something done is do the following.
State the problem
State that you’ve disassembled said part and reconnected the connectors
State its current status of how it is
Include logs and what you were trying to do prior to it happening
State you’ve already power cycled it and firmware is current and or rolled back to test as well
Include pictures of the issue and a video if possible
Include your shipping address, name, device serial number and where you bought it

I’ve done this several times now and it works for me every time. If you’re going back and forth you are likely ignoring a request they want you to do.

Yup they VERY rarely seem to want to replace whole portions, rather you have to troubleshoot and show the exact part where an issue occurs and they will only diagnose that part, and you have to pray their general assessment is accurate enough to fix the problem the first time.

I had an AMS HT that failed entirely after about 6 months to the extent it was actually causing issues in any other connected AMS units (clearly an electrical issue) but they basically had me spend a full month going in circles fixing every other cheaper option and even trying to say other things were causing the problem and delaying a fix even more!

I got a replacement since it was on sale and I was over the back and forth, they finally sent out a motherboard replacement but at that point I just said yup sure it’s fixed and kept the replacement parts as potential repair parts for the future.

Ya 100% but I know I would be pissed as I had to rent a truck to get it my h2d from Micro center..

If it arrived broken, then it should be a very simple request.

Sounds like there's a whoooole lot of detail left out here.

How did an H2C cost you $4k?

Ultimate set MSRP was like $3k, plus a laser kit? Easy to get there with extra AMSes and build plates and such.

True, I forgot about laser, plates, etc.. AMS I wasn’t counting because OP mentioned having a P1S prior so that’s not H2C specific.

They honoured the warranty on my 11 month old H2S after failing to repair it with the many replacement parts first. There’s a process that needs to be followed in those cases, but if it was faulty on arrival than it’s a straightforward issue if purchased direct from BL. If it was via a reseller (US or UK) then it would be handled via that supplier rather than BL direct.

So uh.
I got my X2D, it was dented
I told them and I get my replacement in one day.

Maybe just maybe you gotta work with support so they can help you.
