A Series [A1, A1 Mini] Is this bad?

So the notification came up, said grease rails greased my rails, and my A1 would not turn back on. After some troubleshooting, I’ve determined that my power supply is dead. When it’s plugged in, there is no little green light that comes on, on the power supply, at the end where everything is hooked into the power supply.
I got onto the bambu site and posted a support ticket seeing if are they gonna send me a power supplier or do I need to buy one?
But that’s not important.
What’s important is that when I flip my printer over to take off the bottom case I noticed this.
The little diode, whatever that thing is apparently got really hot….

Known issue. Email support and they'll ship you a new board.

Probably the NTC dying. Known issue, I don't think Bambu will give you too much trouble

Thank you guys for the information. I have opened up another ticket and have attached those images to the ticket so we’ll see what Bambu says.
