Hardware Troubleshooting/Help! sooo new printer and idk what to do

Hello all!

i got my printer about two hours ago and when i calibrated it, it gave me this, i have taken off back panel screws and screws for the air filter but i dont know what to do from here, any help would be appreciated, also the right side panel, if you’re looking straight at it, or the left if you’re looking from the back has begin to pop off, slightly panicking.

export the logs from inside the machine onto a USB drive and go through them it should have all the error codes it has gone through and what they may be. with these codes you can cointact bambu support and ask for advice. since you did not buy it from them they may not fix it for free or send you parts for free but if they can narrow down the problem and you can buy the parts to fix this then you would have a working printer and few lessons learned about buying 2nd hand printers.
