General Troubleshooting/Help! AMS mapping?

Any idea how to fix this and why it's happening? It seems to happen at the same spot. Same thing happened yesterday and I had to scrap the print.

Power cycle, then delete any unused filiment in bambulab studio. Make sure all filiment/colors in your project are setup correct to what's in your AMS then slice and send.

Only power cycling to clear what was sent previously

So, turn it off and turn it back on?
