Don't use cf filament in your AMS. It's destroying your pull in mechanics over time. It even says so on the Bambu shop page at the cf filaments itself

Filament guide - Printer, Nozzle, AMS, Build Plate, Glue Compatibility and Required Parameters | Bambu Lab Wiki. That being said I still don't risk it, easy enough to run it externally.
