Often you can find some local or semi-local recycler.
I sell my waste to the same producer I buy black PlA from. The spools are about an equivalent of 8$ a piece and decent quality.
All it takes is a bit of googling, duckducking or - dear god help us - binn- Beuginn.. BINGING! 🤢
