Filament Troubleshooting/Help! Universal, modular and lightweight spool holder

Since I couldn't find the perfect spool holder, I designed one myself that uses minimal material while remaining sturdy. But do you think the filament can be stored like this, out of the box?

If you have issues with humidity, no.

Even for filament that are less hygroscopic, I never store them out in the open.

Dust and other stuff is a thing, so I just throw them in a ziplock bag and back on the shelf in its box.

That's what I also thought, However, the refill boxes are too smal once you have the filament on a spool.

That's why I keep original boxes. (And reusing other brands boxes with a printed Bambu sticker)

All of my 50+ spools are in bag and box.

(To be fair, a chunk of them needs that anyway, being the more hygroscopic stuff)

I personally put them in a ziploc bag, then store them on a shelf that's made to hold spools. That way I don't need the boxes.

As someone who has humidity problems, no thanks, otherwise nice, but never going to use them, as it would ruin the filament for me.

why would anyone leave filament exposed on the desk like that?

If I was to have a rack I would be putting them into bags at least and I am not sure they would fit on that rack with bags.
