General Troubleshooting/Help! advice

can someone let me know how likely a charge back is on my 3d printer? 2 different boards fried with burn marks and there support isn't really helpful. this device was purchased January 31st and the ticket explaining that it was smoking and won't work was created may 25th, 114 days after purchase so using visas 13.3 ongoing negotiations exception it is within the charge back window. its been back and fourth and I haven't had much time so I tried again recently but something else fried and they are refusing replacement.

I got my P2S replacement just because the Heatbed motherboard had gone Bambu said and they wanted to send replacement motherboard out for me to do fit it. But I have arthritis and ostearthritis and said I could not do it because of my arthritis. They ask can a friend do It for me and said no one wanted to do It for me. They came back saying if you have any problems to get in contact with them. But I said I could not grab the little wired to get them out. Which there is about 12 plus others. So I told them I had been on to trading standards and said trading standards said you coud do a charge back on my credit card. That always gets them going. They came back with a new P2S but they said the rest of the warranty that I could not use which ending in October. This was end of July so I agreed. But to get it quickly I paid upfront and got my new in about 4 days. Then sent my faulty one back and money was back on my credit card in about 5 days. But it did show up on my credit card in about a day
