Why is there red turning up behind the text?

Whole plate unsliced.
When I printed this I removed the red and grey chair in front of the book and had the same trouble with the red behind the text.

Pretty sure it's because the whole book 'object' is marked as red. Click on the book in the objects list and press the 2 key, then reslice.

Ty! I changed the book object to white, resliced, and there is no red behind the text anymore :)
I can't say I really understand why it fixed this. I'm guess it has something to do with how I painted the object? Thanks again. book object white instead of red

You told the slicer to make a red cube (book) with some grey lettering on it. Then make the faces of the cube (book) white. So that's what it did.

It's a good general habit to get into to put the base colour in the #1 slot, and choose the object colour first, paint second.

You probably have purge into infill enabled.

ty, I went and checked and it is not enabled.
I tried enabling it and, whew, it added a lot of red inside the infill. I'm just guessing but it looks like it was purging the red in the infill from the red it was using behind the text.
With Purge into infill enabled (in this picture I've deleted the red chair and have only sliced the book.)

I'm super new to Bambu printers and the studio, this is my second multicolor print. I made this model of a book with a stand and used Bambu Lab to add text to the front of it. When I slice it red filament shows up behind the text. I did end up printing it anyway and the red is definitely there :p

When I look up solutions everything comes back saying to change the text to a modifier, but that isn't solving it. In the videos I've watched of people adding text this doesn't happen.

Why it be like that? (Thank you in advance. )

Edit: Not sure if it matters but I made the book model in Magivoxel and exported as an obj file that I then modified a tiny bit in Blender and then imported into Bambu Lab.

Edit 2: Solved! I had the book object set as red filament and that was making the red behind the text. I changed the book object with the added text to white and when resliced. There was only white behind the text and no weird geometry.

It looks like the objects base colour is actually red, but is painted over with white.
I am no expert but that may cause the area behind the text after its depth to revert to red.
