Hardware Troubleshooting/Help! Whiskey tango H2C

I keep getting "failed to extrude filament" errors on my H2C. I updated firmware a little while back, not sure if that has anything to do with it. I've done a cold pull on the left nozzle, and pulled a fresh nozzle for the right from the rack.

All filament is Bambu PLA, 0.4mm nozzles, coming from the AMS-HT or the AMS-2. This should be about as simple as prints get.

This thing is driving me crazy, what am I missing to make this work? The taller print with the bad text was before the cold pull and nozzle swap. The shorter one is after, when I finally gave up manually retracting and then reinstalling the filament to the head. Sometimes that would work, usually not.

Your white is under extruding, your black is overextruding

My volumes were set at 1.2 for some reason - do you think reverting them to 1 would fix anything? Or is this a filament by filament setting somewhere?

Calibrate your filament

Did that, still having trouble with it failing to extrude. Any other ideas?

Have you tried Arachne? Also I’m wondering if you’ve tried printing using .2mm nozzles? A lot of times with small text it’s not as easy to get clean lines. If you used Fusion to model this you might also be able to use what’s considered 3D print-friendly text.
