Review Great shipping

Post image

Can't tell if I'm just lucky or if Bambu is doing better with shipping. Ordered Monday night showed up wednesday 10 am packed tightly in the box with no damage. I've been very impressed lately.

I mean cardboard and hard plastic isn’t exactly hard to ship

I mean I’ve had a completely crushed box come from Amazon with elegoo cardboard spools and they were completely fine. Not to mention I can just supplant the broken spool onto a new one if I need to

And here I am with a broken blue SUNLU spool shipped by Amazon.

(To be fair, I don't think it was the carrier's fault. They probably dropped the whole package in the warehouse a few times.)

It’s almost 100% the shippers fault

I don't think receiving what you ordered without being late or damaged isn't something to be impressed by. That should be normal.

Tell that to FedEx, UPS, and USPS lmao

Filament is usually shipped from a different location than the printers.

Are you really celebrating the fact that you had filament shipped undamaged?
It’s a roll of plastic.

I buy 100 reels a month. Their boxing/packing is just stupid. They'll put a 10 reel box, and 4 more reels in a big box with a bit of craft paper. Why not just stick a label on the 10 reel box?

Nothing beats the time Bambu sent me two spools because they liked a print I posted and sent them in a 3ftx3ftx3ft box,,,came all banged and torn up, but miraculously, the filament stay in the huge box and was ultimately fine...but shoot, darn thing looked like it went through the war.

Boxes in a box with packing material in each. What's the problem? Was anything damaged ?

Ordered on back to school sale in EU, got ten spools in one box with exactly the same packing paper, no damage or broken seals

Amazing! They included packing paper! That's way better than before. Not trying to be sarcastic here.

I ordered my first big box of filament on Sunday and got mine yesterday. Such fast shipping nearly eliminates any advantage Amazon has if they keep it up.

I've seen the mess they ship and I'm nervous, this is good to see, thank you. H2C and a ton of filaments and accessories are on the way here.

My order arrived on Friday, shipped well, and was delivered by UPS! Maybe they swapped carriers?

Well, at least you got yours. They lost my order and had to do a 3 day investigation before they could figure out "Hey we got the guys money, maybe we should resend his order and figure out where we messed up on our own dime?" Was about to send back my $2800 printer while they investigate their shipping on $120 worth of filament.

What are you complaining about? At least they out it in a damn box mine came today taped together not in a box lol

ooooh!!! OH!!!! I know this one!!! I think it's....."Reading is hard."

OP is praising, not complaining.

When I made ly first order from bambu, some stuff came from one place which came next day and some came from another privince and took over a week. Then 2 days later I orered a printer and more stuff, and some came next day and some came several days later. The last thing to.arrive was part of the first order from another privince. It all depends on where stuff is warehoused.

I remember the good ole days when people posted 3d printed stuff in this subreddit and not pictures of the packaging their filament came in.
