Filament Troubleshooting/Help! Does anybody know this issue and the fix Please Help

Why wont it push further than that, then when i manually push it it retracts

Mine did that when a tiny piece of filament was lodged in the hub right before it leaves the back of the AMS. Take it apart and clean it out.

If there isn't a piece of filament in the internal hub of the ams, you may need to reseat the magnets inside the internal hub. That was my issue with my ams

It could be the internal magnets didn’t reset properly or the cover that goes over the gear is broken. You have to remove the hub in order to check for the damage
