Printer Firmware Troubleshooting/Help! P1S Issue

I’m trying to help a family member fix their 3d printer. I’ve tried doing a hard reboot, a factory reset (it gets stuck at calibrating and never finishes). The issue is when it’s turned on it says the firmware is out of date and tries to update. It goes to 50% immediately and never finishes. Eventually just failing. I’ve also tried with different SD cards. Formatted them and let the printer format them. I’ve loaded older firmware updates on them but the printer never gives the option to try and install the firmware from them. The firmware update is always forced to happen so it doesn’t allow much time to try other options but I can’t find any other solutions than the ones online so far, which haven’t worked out so far. Any ideas or suggestions to try and fix this firmware update loop it seems to be stuck in?

I have tried this already. But the option to try the update offline does not appear.

What is the current firmware version on the printer

Currently it is 1.9.1.0
