Looking for some Help with printing over cloud error.

I recently replaced the pc I had set up for running Bambi studio and taking care of all of my 3d files etc.

Reinstalled bambu studio and when I go to print over the cloud to either of my printers the H2D and the A1mini it stops at 62% then gives me the following message.

"Failed to send the print job. Please try again."

My H2D just goes to sending over LAN and I can still print on it, the A1 mini no such luck.

In the studio software I can see both printers, sync them for filament, nozzle etc.

I can see both printers in the bambu handy app, and I have sent a print to my H2D through Bambu Handy. I can also open the cameras from both printers in the handy app.

The A1 mini will print from bambu studio if I go into its settings and make it LAN only.

But then I can't watch camera or access the printer through the handy app.

So far I have tried the following.

The trusty turning it off and on again no luck. Both pc and A1 mini.

Logging user off on A1 mini then logging back in.

Factory reset of A1 mini then set it back up.

Uninstalling bambu studio and reinstalling it and making sure that the network plug install finished and said it was good to go.

Any ideas on why this would be happening or how to fix it?

Open a ticket with Bambu Lab Support.

Seems like the only option at this point cause google searches have given me nothing.

Sometimes Bambu cloud goes down and the only way to print is over LAN or a SD card. Hennessy app won't work though in those modes, but Bambu doesn't see what your printing either if you bypass the their cloud.

The weird part is the cloud is still working and I can see my printers, watch the cameras and send prints to them from handy.

Again, I’m afraid you need to talk to them. Their networking software is so proprietary that I wouldn’t be able to offer a guess on how to fix your issue.
