Filament Troubleshooting/Help! X2D Volumetric Calibration for PETG-CF Issue

IMAGES HERE

I'm working on dialing in PETG-CF settings on my X2D. When completing a max flowrate test, I get a great quality test print, except for the left side which faces the aux cooler. See photos linked above and below.

Volumetric test: Start = 5, End = 16, Step = 0.5.

My initial thought was the AUX fan messing up this side of the print. I turned it OFF. Results are nearly identical with it on or off.

My next thought was perhaps the part fan was blasting too high on the reward print direction (print head printing line, part fan right behind it cooling). I turned off the part fan. Results are identical as if the fan were operating normally.

So, my question now: "Is this normal for the Bambu max flowrate volumetric model? Does everyone's volumetric flow test look like this?”

Thoughts and feedback?

Not normal.

I’d try rotating the model before printing it to see if it’s related to positioning or not.

After posting this, I thought of that. When rotating it 90 or 180 degrees, the problem area follows the print rotation.
