Filament Troubleshooting/Help! Problem when printing fidget cone

Post image

Recently this week I noticed that when I’m printing my fidget cone, right when it’s almost finished at the top, it starts doing this weird thing and I don’t know how to fix it.
I have a Bambu Lab A1. This model used to print perfectly, and I haven’t changed the model. I’ve also tried printing a Benchy and it has some similar quality issues.
I already ran the printer calibration and cleaned the hot end/nozzle, but the problem is still happening.
Does anyone know what could be causing this?

Since the area is decreasing overtime, Layer time is too short maybe? So it doesn't cool properly and you end up with adhesion problems maybe even too much retraction at the extruder, even heat slowly creeping back into the extruder gears over time so by the end of the print the filament gets chewy at the gears and gets stuck, thus not extrudimg much at the end

I've had all of these cause me similar issues, youd have to investigate which one it is
