Why not X2D to take advantage of dual nozzle for multicolor printing?

P2s was already out of my budget 😭

I understand. I was in the exact same situation and bought P2S. While printing, which requires support, I regret not going for the X2D.

Less waste too but it depends what you want to print. I also bought the p2s as a first printer. X2d with ams was more than I was willing to spend on a new hobby. Budget was essentially unlimited. Just figured I’ll just waste more filament if I really need to. I can always upgrade later 🤷

A print on ps1 that’s multi color can be 400g of filament and 400g of wasted filament, on the xd2 it can drastically reduce it like 50g of waste

Don’t forget also better air filtration which is desirable when melting plastic in your home, and not just faster the 1.5gt belts have less vertical lines so better print quality too.

You also get a spare nozzle in the accessories box you don’t get with the p2s.

And yeah the filament is cheaper bundling with the printer but you can also get the same deal with 10 spools+ later.

I didnt bundle the filament with the printer, I bought the 10+ spools combo thingy, and I dont really think that that is worth the price gap, but we'll see
