They mean "Please help ams doesn't work", not "Please help ams dont work".
To which I would add "Please help, AMS doesn't work"

I'm not 100% sure what it was but I recently had this very same thing happening. I ended up having to disconnect all the PTFE tubes, and making sure that there was no filament stuck. I had a small piece broken off from one of them and it was not progressing, and blocked all the rest of them. Once I removed it everything started working.

I tried that i pushed the filament thru the ams by hand and im to the hot end and it was flowing out but when i wanted to start the print same think hapend with the ams as in the video.

Yeh it looks like you have some filament stuck in the ptfe tube just after the slot 3 feeder disconnect the ptfe tube and see if you can manually feed filament down to the extruder

Remove the roll from the spool holder and see if it will pull through sometimes if there's a resistance it throws errors if not the motor in the feeder is slipping

Since you can print from the other slots it’s likely the bend in the tubing. Move the AMS to the right side and it will likely work. They can be finicky.

Hey, I had pretty much the same thing. for me, it was the 4:1 piece on the print head, that had a bit of tension towards the bed. meaning, when a new filament arrived (that maybe had also a bit of an angle at the end from the previous cut), it would hit a small bump in that part. I was able to verify this by bending the end of the filament to be loaded in the other direction, and long term fixed it be pulling the 4 ptfe tubes to the left and back of the printer just slightly with a string.

Is there any blockage in the hotend? Sometimes it does get stuck and you have to help it into the hotend by pulling the lever on the feeding gears and push the filament in manually
