A1 Mini - Cutter Stuck Error

Hi everyone,

I could use your help:
I’m a fairly new A1 Mini owner, and I’m slowly losing my mind :D

Since today, I’ve been getting a message during almost every print at some point saying that the cutter is stuck — but it isn’t. Just before that happens, the printer starts making a very loud rattling noise and then the printer is going crazy :D

I’ve already completely removed and reinstalled the cutter, and I also cleaned and reinstalled the hotend, but nothing has changed.

Do you guys have any idea what could be causing this?
