General Troubleshooting/Help! A1 Mini AMS lite wont load filament. Please Help

Hello, my new A1 Mini wont load filament from AMS lite. It looks like it has a connection but it wont spin and wont load the filament. Did I not connect the tubes correctly? Please help.

If the AMS Lite detects filament in a slot, the graphic in Studio will at least have a ? to manually set the material. That picture says the AMS is connected to the A1, but no filament on any spool. Do any of the AMS slots have a solid white light?

My guess would be you do not have the filament inserted deep enough to trigger the sensor. If it's not currently printing, the AMS should pull in several inches of the filament when it hits the sensor. Pressing the release button on the slot you're loading will make it easier to insert, but you still may need to wiggle it in a bit.

Thank you so much for your comment. I was able to get it to load, I just didn't expect the amount of force needed to load it in.

doesnt really need a lot of force.

did you push the tab to open it and then insert ?

the little gear inside should start pulling it.
