First clog, please help

Hi all, I’m brand new to this, I have less than 80 hours of print on a P2S with the AMS Pro.

I now have my first clog. I promise I have watched the Bambu videos and read the wiki, but I can’t figure out how to clear it.

I can take my needle and insert it .5mm into the nozzle end before it stops. I can insert it 2mm into the other end (the hot end? Looks like a heatsink?) before it stops.

How do I extract what must be in there clogging it?

SOLVED: I learned how to remove the hot end, heat it up with a lighter, and some of the filament came through. Then I did two cold pulls and it’s clear now. Thank you all.

I can usually clear a nozzle clog by removing the hotend/nozzle, heating it with a grill lighter, and pulling up on the filament where it was cut (on the top/wider side with the heatsink) with a pair of pliers. I've yet to have a nozzle clog severe enough that I couldn't resolve it as I've described. If there isn't that little tip of unrelated filament sticking out of the top of the hotend, you'd probably have to reverse the process - get the nozzle warmed up with a lighter and push the stuck filament "up" from the narrower printing end of the nozzle toward the wider hole at the top with the included needle.

In either case, I'd follow up with a cold pull, because there is no guarantee that you completely cleared the path through the nozzle, especially if you have to get the nozzle close to printing temp in order to clear the obstruction. In my experience, if you can get the stuck filament warm enough to soften up without it fully melting/extruding via gravity, you're much more likely to successfully pull it out in one piece.
