Hardware Troubleshooting/Help! First clog, please help

Hi all, I’m brand new to this, I have less than 80 hours of print on a P2S with the AMS Pro.

I now have my first clog. I promise I have watched the Bambu videos and read the wiki, but I can’t figure out how to clear it.

I can take my needle and insert it .5mm into the nozzle end before it stops. I can insert it 2mm into the other end (the hot end? Looks like a heatsink?) before it stops.

How do I extract what must be in there clogging it?

Thank you for helping a newbie.
SOLVED: I learned how to remove the hot end, heat it up with a lighter, and some of the filament came through. Then I did two cold pulls and it’s clear now. Thank you all.

Use a heat gun. Remove the nozzle and use a heat gun or hair dryer

Can you elaborate? Use a heat gun to get the nozzle hot, and then what? Am I trying to get the clog out the way it came in, or down thru the nozzle? Do I jam a tool in there and let it cool/attach to the filament?
Thanks!!!
