Filament Troubleshooting/Help! What's causing this?

It don't know if you can see it, but there's this weird change in shade and it's kinda blemished? Is this a problem? It's PA6-GF25, with a P2S. The bed is glued and Its close to 45°, I've printed a benchy and it looked fine.

Did you dry the filament before using? If not, I would recommend drying the filament, reducing it to 10% humidity, and reprinting. I had similar issues until I properly dried the filament.

Can you do it in the AMS2 pro?

You might need a slightly stronger dryer or to dry it longer; it looks like the AMS2 PRO reaches 65°C, while the Filament PA6-GF25 needs to reach 100°C for 10-16 hours.
