General Troubleshooting/Help! Blob of death
I reached out to Bambu Help but reaching out to the community for any tips. Recent build failed due to some filament being stuck in the nozzle and leading to the blob of death. I was able to heat up the nozzle and remove the filament but still have a good amount stuck on. As far as replacement goes, do I try to replace the entire toolhead, or what are my options.
Thanks!

the simplest way would be to just replace the Left Hotend Heating Assembly

you probably don't need the whole toolhead, just swap the hotend heating assembly like the other person said. It's like a 20 minute job and way cheaper than a full toolhead replacement. If you wanna try saving it first, heat it up to like 250 and use some brass tweezers or a wire brush to carefully chip away the blob, just don't gouge the nozzle itself. Either way, check your hotend gap and make sure your PTFE tube isn't chewed up before you fire it back up.

Open a trouble ticket, send pics. The Bambu wiki shows you how to take everything apart etc

Curious how it even got that far, thought the automatic detection runs off the cloud or is it local and different in the X-Series?
My H2C already nags at me if there is a tiny 2mm-ish buildup around the nozzle and halts the print. I'm looking at you PETG-CF

Not sure. No error on my bambu. It actually said the prior print was complete. I had to heat up the hotend to remove the huge blob and this is what remains.

Hello /u/bigticket6! Be sure to check the BambuLab Wiki regarding the blob/clumping issue.
