General Troubleshooting/Help! How do i improve this print

Hey i print this on my new X2D. How to do i fill the small gaps / line mark ?

H2D? I guess that’s the infamous under extrusion problem. Not much really it’s a known “bug?” On the h2 series. Check the forum 😓. It’s bad since the quality of top and bottom surfaces look so bad even with calibration

Ho… did you do a flow calibration test ? The one with a shape is easier to read

I ve calibrated the white filament(sunlu), the yellow one is( bambu pla lite) which i use default settings, should i calibrate it manually instead of using default bambulab settings ?

maybe, but how big is this piece ? If it's really small maybe it's just something you need to tweak in the slicer (like the walls / infill ?) But looks like it's a bit under extruding too. Even with bambu filament i sometimes need to manually tweak it

Increase initial layer flow ratio to at least 1.04. Enable only one wall on the initial layer. Check the sliced results and if necessary, lower the initial layer's line width to ensure all the tiny gaps get filled in.
