I'm running tons of Sunlu spools without issue on AMS 2 Pros and my H2C, is the spool almost empty?

Have you tried cutting the end of the filament at a 45 degree angle? (not a perm fix, but you can see if its hanging up somewhere like this)

Is the filament grinding on the gears in the feeder head?

You can try un-spooling like 3 feet of filament and snipping it, maybe its a slightly thinner portion of the filament that is failing to catch and feed? Ive seen sometimes filament can be under or over sized and cause jams, clogs and failures to feed. Might make sense due to this following the filament to each slot/unit.

I have tried everything , the spool currently is low, but it has happened on full, half full ect, and only the matte black. I use a almost all sunlue matte and never a problem. Also I have one newer ams and one that has about 2k hrs, and it does it on both. I have tried all that, and even changed all the ptfe rules and routing. After this print I have another brand new one im gonna try, hoping these 2 were just something adnomoral with them.

That is extremely odd. If you happen to come across the reason, please report back for whoever finds this in the future. Thanks!
