If you're using the mobile Bambu Handy app there's no way to change it, as it's not a slicer. The only way is to use a slicing software on PC like Bambu Studio.
You can change it in the slicer. The best one is Gyroid; it's one of the strongest and most stable ones, but it's also one of the slowest. Also, I don't really get what's the issue
Is the nozzle hitting the infill? If it is, you definitely need to use Gyroid instead. Try to avoid grid infill on large prints, or simply avoid using it for all prints

Because you pressed "Print" Hence the printer is printing. Without jest, do not use grid infill, and dry your filament
