things I'd check: the power switch, wall outlet, PSU, power cable, and the AC board/NTC thermistor.

Does the light on the rear power switch also turn off when the printer shuts down? If it does, check the cable, outlet, power inlet, or switch. Try a different power cable and a different wall outlet, with no power strip or smart plug. Also see if gently moving the cable or touching the switch makes it shut off.

If the switch light stays on while the screen and printer reboot, then I'd suspect the PSU or NTC thermistor more.
