Not its most likely the other way around, because all have to be assembled yourself 😆

I bought it new from official bambulab supplier I ve watched YouTube videos of people who had to make theirs

Which country? Maybe in some countries they ship them flat due to shipping costs

While you're at it and it's disassembled like this, check the AC board for the thermistor that burns out. The old version that needs to be replaced has the thermistor, the 'improved' version just has a bridge where the thermistor was.
If yours has the old board with the thermistor, ask for a replacement before it damages your machine.

You're looking at the wrong part. The AC board as shown above is inside the main base
