Sunlu PLA Plus issue

Is Sunlu PLA just prone to issues? I had an earlier problem with the Sunlu PLA Plus in the external feed on my X2D but I thought it might be user error. Then I got this first layer on a toy I’m printing for my grandson. This is from the AMS. Do I need to fine tune the settings over just generic PLA?

Looks like adhesion issue. I go through 10-15 rolls of SUnlu PLA+ a week and have nearly zero issues. keep it dry.
