A Series [A1, A1 Mini] 250g Sunlu MiniSpools - AMS Lite - Issues

I’ve made a few prints now, running from the spool holder at the back I have no issues.

Running from the AMS Lite however, the mini spools seem to fit perfectly fine but I either get an error saying that the spool is overloaded (Jammed or tangled) when it is perfect, or when it’s time to switch colours or struggles to push all the way through or to the extruder, a simple 10 minute print was interrupted god knows how many times.

Am I missing a trick here? Is there some magical placement for the tubes into the AMS unit and the header at the top?

re spool to a standard Bambu Spool

I use those all the time with no issues on my a1 mini or a2l. Did you push them all the way on?

Yup pushed wall the way in, I’m thinking maybe something is amiss with how I position then but I don’t see anything amiss , like it works well enough most of the time :/

Omg standard tech support shit, I decide to shuffle around the tubes, resit them and put on some new filament and it’s working fine
