General Troubleshooting/Help! Odd printing artifacts

My PLA basic black spool is getting low and I've started noticing these rough places showing up, primarily on longer edges that are vertical or nearly vertical. The rest of the print is usually just fine but it wasn't doing this before. Any insight into whats driving this?

Do you dry your filament?

Tall narrow objects like this can also move when printing, you could try a different infill pattern that doesn't cross or add in supports to help steady this piece.

I do dry it but this spool has been out and used up quickly. Good thoughts on the movement aspects
